How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with the following service providers who help us operate:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• Slack — internal notification of form submissions
• WhatsApp (Meta) — delivery of learning content to students who opt in through their school

These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

Meta Platform Data

When schools use Quizilio to deliver lessons via WhatsApp, we may receive data through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, such as phone numbers and message delivery status. We use this data solely to deliver and track learning content on behalf of the school. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for advertising. When a school terminates its use of Quizilio, or when a student opts out, we delete all associated Meta Platform Data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, typically no longer than 24 months. Meta Platform Data is deleted within 30 days of a school ending its use of the service or a student opting out. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, you can:

• Email us at info@quizilio.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
• Use the contact form on our website and indicate you are requesting data deletion

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted. If your data was shared with third-party service providers, we will also request its deletion from those providers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

How to Opt Out

Students and end users can opt out of receiving Quizilio messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any Quizilio message on WhatsApp
• Asking their school or institution to remove them from the program
• Emailing info@quizilio.com with the subject line “Opt Out Request”

Once you opt out, we will stop sending you messages within 24 hours and delete your associated data within 30 days.
