How to request deletion of your personal data from Quizilio.
Quizilio LLC respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.
How to Request Data Deletion
1Reply STOP on WhatsApp
If you are a student receiving Quizilio lessons, reply STOP to any Quizilio message on WhatsApp. We will stop sending you messages within 24 hours and delete your associated data within 30 days.
2Email us
Send an email to info@quizilio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your name and the phone number or email associated with your account so we can locate your data.
3Contact form
Use the contact form on our homepage and indicate that you are requesting data deletion. We will process your request and confirm via email.
4Through your school
Ask your school or institution to remove you from the Quizilio program. The school can request deletion of your data on your behalf.
What happens when you request deletion?
- We stop sending you messages within 24 hours
- We delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days
- If your data was shared with third-party service providers, we request its deletion from those providers as well
- We send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete
If your data was received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, it will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms.
